When we made the decision to enroll in coverage through United Health Care (AHP), WBA-EBC guided us through the entire process. WBA-EBC staff are local, knowledgeable, patient, and answered questions in a timely manner. This level of service aided us in meeting some very aggressive deadlines at the time. It is clear our bank benefits significantly from WBA-EBC’s ability to negotiate better pricing, enhance benefits and provide service to smaller institutions like ours. Individually, it is difficult to negotiate at renewal time. Collectively, we have seen the power of strength in numbers and our premium increases have been very fair and tolerable.

Since that decision was made, there has been a seamless roll-out of the new enrollment and billing portal that is very user-friendly, requires less paperwork, and has more intuitive programming. We are very pleased that the WBA-EBC continues to evolve and sincerely looks out for its member banks.

As we look back on decisions made in the past, we are sincerely glad we hooked our wagon up to the horses at WBA-EBC. We look forward to the future on the dusty trail of employee benefits with them pulling our wagon.
